We check the pool temperature every two hours. We restock the bar before you realise it is empty. We remember your name on day one and your coffee on day two. None of this is remarkable on its own. The point is that we do it for every guest, every day, for 36 years running.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong way. Over 36 years we have chosen one and stayed with it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what good looks like. That is not something architecture alone can create. It comes from people.

A resort has stood on this shore under our family since 1990. What began with a handful of rooms is now 80 keys across the estate, with two restaurants and two private salons, yet the rhythm has not shifted: slow mornings, long lunches, unhurried nights.
We do not chase trends. We set a standard in our first season and have spent 36 years protecting it, one detail at a time: the linen, the lighting, the length of a pour, the exact temperature of the pool at seven in the morning.
The measure we value most is loyalty. Around 65 percent of the people who book each year have stayed with us before, and many return in the same week, in the same suite, as they did a decade ago.
What you need to know
Is there a dress code?+
Smart casual is expected after sunset in our dining rooms and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Beach attire is fine at the pools and lagoon bars during the day. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests in a particular hurry, our helipad runs from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
Is the casino open 24/7?+
Our main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play can open earlier or stay open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is not unusual on the weekends. Membership cards are not needed for table play; chips can be bought and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
Are pets welcome?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats are welcome in carriers but our suites do not have litter facilities — please tell us in advance.
